Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Bed Capacity Co-ordinator for a 12 month secondment. You will coordinate inpatient bed usage across sites with guidance from senior colleagues in the Transfer of Care Hub.

The role offers hybrid working, with periodic in-person days for team working and meetings at BSW sites. You will liaise with clinicians and external providers to optimise bed flow and support new ways of working within a changing commissioning landscape.

Qualifikationen

• Support the effective and efficient use of inpatient beds.
• Liaise with clinicians across BSW as directed, including external stakeholders to ensure the optimum use of inpatient beds.
• To monitor the flow of all inpatient admissions, including liaising with other providers for timely return of any out-of-area placements to minimise financial impact on the organisation.
• To contribute to the development of new ways of working and a changing commissioning landscape.
