This is a rare opportunity to work within the team as a Bed Capacity Co-ordinator for a 12 month secondment period. Your role will involve the logistical co-ordination of inpatient beds across BSW with the guidance and support of senior colleagues within the Transfer of Care Hub.
Please note this role adapts a hybrid work model, you will at times be required to attend one of our BSW sites in person for whole team working days and team meetings.

Support the effective and efficient use of inpatient beds.
Liaise with clinicians across BSW as directed, including external stakeholders to ensure the optimum use of inpatient beds.
To monitor the flow of all inpatient admissions, including liaising with other providers for timely return of any out-of-area placements to minimise financial impact on the organisation.
To contribute to the development of new ways of working and a changing commissioning landscape.
