KIKO MILANO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to act as a commercial leader, people developer, and brand ambassador. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor.

In this role you will shape culture, translate strategy into daily action, and maintain brand standards through operational excellence, stock accuracy, and customer engagement. A bonus scheme and ongoing development support the position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and how to influence them.
• Passionate about customer experience, beauty, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance and store profitability, meeting sales and KPI targets with the Store Manager.
• Lead, coach and develop teams with hands-on, visible leadership on the shop floor.
• Deliver premium customer journeys with expert product knowledge and personalised service.
• Ensure flawless operations, stock management and brand presentation.
• Advocate the KIKO MILANO brand and participate in training and development initiatives.
