Qualifications

• Retail or beauty experience is a plus, but attitude and energy matter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to stay positive and proactive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create elevated customer experiences and act as brand ambassador.
• Drive KPIs such as conversion, ATV, UPT, and sales targets.
• Participate in product launches, BeKIKO training, and stay updated on collections.
