Job summary

Aston & Fincher Ltd in Wales is seeking a Store Assistant to help customers identify products and complete purchases. You will restock, merchandise, and support the store team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.

The role offers a 36.75-hour week, £12.71 per hour, 29 days holiday (pro rata), a contributory pension after 3 months, free on-site parking, staff uniform, induction, training, social events and long service awards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Assistant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and punctuality.
• Basic administration and till handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick customers' orders and assist with in-store service.
• Keep shelves stocked and correctly priced.
• Stock and merchandising to company procedures.
• Operate till and process invoices.
• Assist with deliveries and stock transfers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Answer phone calls and promote promotions.
• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
