Job summary

Albert Roger Group in Bracknell is seeking a confident, data‑driven Social Media & Data Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll work across beauty brands, balancing creative social content with analysis of performance metrics and commercial impact.

The role blends social media management with data, AI and digital tools to identify opportunities, improve campaigns and drive engagement, clicks and sales. A strong interest in eCommerce and social commerce is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience using Instagram and TikTok professionally.
• Confident, resilient and robust approach to feedback and setbacks.
• Interest in data, analytics, AI and technology, with ability to work with numbers.
• Willingness to learn how to interpret social and eCommerce data and turn it into actions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of Instagram and TikTok accounts across beauty brands.
• Coordinate social content and content calendars.
• Monitor and analyse reach, engagement, views, clicks and conversion.
• Compare content and campaign performance to identify drivers of results.
• Use data to recommend improvements to content, timing, formats and campaigns.
• Research competitors, trends and opportunities using social and digital tools.
• Support TikTok Shop and social commerce activity and growth.
• Analyse product launches, promotions and key events and translate to actions.
