Albert Roger Ltd. is seeking a confident Social Media & Data Coordinator to manage Instagram and TikTok for multiple beauty brands, blending data-driven insights with creative content.

The role involves analysing performance metrics, supporting social commerce initiatives, and leveraging AI tools to improve reporting and productivity. You will work across social, eCommerce and data domains, developing towards TikTok Shop and commerce responsibilities while maintaining a strong commercial mindset

Qualifications

• Experience managing Instagram or TikTok accounts.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Interest in using AI and automation for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts across beauty brands.
• Coordinate social content calendars.
• Analyse reach, engagement, views, clicks and conversions.
• Compare content and campaign performance to identify drivers.
• Use data to optimise timing, formats and campaigns.
• Research competitors, trends and opportunities using social tools.
