Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an Assistant Business Manager for the Selfridges Trafford counter. This full-time, permanent role focuses on driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and delivering a luxurious customer experience aligned with the Charlotte Tilbury brand.

Responsibilities

Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
Support the Business Manager to set and communicate sales objectives to the team.
Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
Coach and provide feedback to maintain Charlotte Tilbury standards.
Extend customer service beyond in-store channels and grow the customer database.
Develop and review individual and team development plans; foster two-way feedback.
Create a positive team culture through meetings and collaborative management.
