Job summary

L’Occitane en Provence is seeking a Beauty Host to welcome guests, provide personalised skincare guidance, and deliver memorable experiences in a luxury retail environment in Nottingham. You’ll develop product knowledge, share our sustainability values, and collaborate with a high-energy team to meet targets while mastering POS and clienteling systems.

This role combines on-site customer engagement with collaboration across teams, offering a supportive, inclusive culture and a strong development

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, or guest-centric industries.
• Strong customer service, storytelling and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to develop product knowledge and communicate sustainability values.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalised beauty advice.
• Deliver signature moments such as hand massages and beauty consultations.
• Manage stock and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master Point Of Sale (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalised beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.
• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.
• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.
• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.
• Master Point Of Sales (POS) and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.
• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.
