Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Full-time Beauty Expert at Stansted Airport. You will drive sales, build strong customer connections, and demonstrate products to help meet targets. 18+ to work in airport, with early starts and airport training requirements.

You will collaborate with the team, support promotions and events, and maintain a clean, brand-aligned counter. Prior retail/hospitality experience preferred; staff discounts and commission are part of the benefits.

Overview

Benefit is Glowing... We Mean Growing... and we are currently searching for a Full-time Beauty Expert to make real connections in Stansted Airport!

As a Beauty Expert, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Please note in order to be able to work in the airport you will need to be 18 or over

Responsibilities

• Sales Goals & Targets: Consistently achieve individual retail sales goals, as agreed upon with the counter manager. Focus on building strong customer connections and expertly demonstrating products to drive sales and exceed targets.
• Teamwork Towards Sales Success: Collaborate with all team members to meet counter and business needs, contributing to overall sales success through shared effort.
• Promotions, Events & Sales Opportunities: Actively support in-store, external, and charity events, leveraging them as opportunities to promote products, engage customers, and boost sales.
• Sales Tracking & Administration: Diligently complete daily and weekly worksheets to track individual sales performance and assist with counter manager administration to optimise sales strategies.
• Hygiene, Housekeeping & Brand Image: Maintain a clean and hygienic counter and displays to uphold brand standards and create an appealing shopping environment that encourages sales
• Joining our airport crew means you're part of something significant! To ensure everyone's journey is secure and efficient, here's the essential checklist for all airport roles: You will need to successfully complete 5 years of referencing checks, fulfil the requirements for a DBS check, complete our mandatory airport training, and, critically, obtain your airport pass. Please be aware that all airport roles also require availability for early starts, potentially as early as 4 AM. Please note: the pass process typically requires approximately 6-8 weeks before you can commence in the role.

• Result-oriented, who likes a challenge and exceeding sales expectations
• Desire to provide a unique customer experience that drives customer loyalty and repeat business
• Flexible availability including weekends, late nights, Bank holidays and holiday periods.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of prior customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is required for this role with a passion for sales success
• Age 18+
