Part Time (16 hours available)

About The Role

• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs.


• Adapt to changes at the last minute and support managers and colleagues.


• Champion world‑class artistry and deliver an impeccable customer experience; act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate Charlotte Tilbury makeup looks to customers.


• Adhere to company grooming standards.

About You

• Ideally some experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast‑paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG.


• Passionate about Charlotte Tilbury and eager to promote the brand.


• Experience applying makeup and tailoring styles to individual customers.


• Positive, limitless thinking that shines through your energy.


• Flexible to work on a shift basis, including both early and late shifts.


• Must provide a five‑year working and personal reference and a Criminal Reference Check due to the airside location of the departure lounge (discussed at interview).
