Overview

Estee Lauder Companies is seeking Beauty Advisors based at Belfast International Airport. Roles are available as full-time (36 hours per week over 4 days) or part-time (24 hours per week over 3 days). Flexible availability including weekends is required. Early shifts start at 5am and a late finish is 7:30pm. Free airport staff car parking is available.

We are looking for a team of people who offer a welcoming and authentic service to passengers to achieve service and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Share excellent product knowledge with customers
• Communicate effectively with customers and engage with them comfortably
• Represent the brand in line with personal grooming guidelines
• Identify customer needs and offer best-in-class service
• Work as a team to help colleagues achieve business results
• Actively participate in brand training
• Maintain counter standards in-store with high levels of cleanliness, visual merchandising and testers

Requirements

• To work in the airport you must have Airside Clearance and obtain an ID Pass to access the airport
• You will require five years of employment/educational checks and a Criminal Reference Check
