DECIEM | THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY in Manchester is seeking a flexible Sales Assistant (part-time) to join the Boots counter on Market Street. The role focuses on welcoming customers, identifying needs, and recommending DECIEM products to deliver memorable beauty experiences.

Experience in luxury retail is desirable. The role involves a 22.5-hour week over 3 days, maintaining counter standards, and offering exceptional service to build lasting relationships with customers and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail, Department Stores, and luxury industry is highly desirable.
• Ideally within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.
• Part-time role: 22.5 hours over 3 days per week.
• Ability to engage customers and provide consultations using product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and professionalism reflecting DECIEM’s vision.
• Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products based on training.
• Ensure standards for quality, service, and health and safety are met.
• Educate customers about DECIEM brands, products, and experiences.
• Handle feedback and queries from customers.
• Maintain counter cleanliness and organization.
• Support merchandising concepts and tidy display areas.
• Process product refunds and resolve customer issues positively.
• Build relationships with department managers and clients through strong communication.
