• Proven eCommerce Trading experience, ideally within retail.
• Comfortable with large volumes of data.
• Experienced in line managing a team.
• Organised and thorough in a fast-moving environment.
• Good at prioritising workload under tight deadlines.
• Keen interest in Beauty and Fashion.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales for Bath & Body Works across UK on the new Total Platform website.
• Act as a brand partner, promoting the brand within Next.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and key contacts.
• Identify opportunities for growth through data analysis.
• Optimise search results and online commercial layout.
