Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Cardiff and surrounding regions for a leading beauty brand. You will identify opportunities, win new accounts and build strong relationships with beauty professionals on the road.

This field-based role offers a base salary up to £36,000 with open-ended commission up to £20,000 and an OTE of up to £56,000, with opportunities for progression and industry exposure.

Qualifications

• You will identify and target new business opportunities across Cardiff and surrounding areas.
• Proven ability to build relationships with beauty professionals and grow revenue.
• Strong B2B sales experience across beauty, cosmetics or related sectors is valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities in beauty establishments.
• Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, events and social selling.
• Arrange meetings, deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build compelling proposals and negotiate partnerships.
• Own the sales territory and manage pipeline with CRM updates.
