Oh My Cream is seeking a Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist to join our London flagship. You will deliver luxury facials, guide clients through active skincare routines, and build loyalty with personalised product recommendations.

The role includes stock handling, in-store events, and ongoing training, with weekend shifts and a generous discount on products. If you love clean beauty and a fast-paced team, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide a range of luxury facials with Oh My Cream Skincare and partner brands.
• Personalized reception to offer tailored services and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range, driving loyalty through attentive service.
• Perform skin diagnosis to understand customer needs and recommend products.
• Lead masterclasses and in-store events for engaging customer experiences.
• Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to keep stock levels.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability.
• Order supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.

Position: Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist

Offer :

• Full time (39h/week) - 2 days off

Location: 243 Westbourne Grove W11 2SE London

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm.

Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.

Your missions

• Provide a range of luxury facials with Oh My Cream Skincare, Dermalogica, Hydrafacial, Tata Harper and Susanne Kaufmann
• Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products : Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalized service
• Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences
• Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked
• Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages
• Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations
