The Role

As a BD & Marketing Manager supporting the Banking division, you will assist the Senior BDM Manager. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing BD plans aligned with the banking business strategy.
• Supporting all banking workstreams and building strong relationships with partners and BDM teams, including strategic and global aspects.
• Building a personal network and collaborating with BDM teams across the organization.
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Managing the BDM infrastructure to support partners and clients effectively.
• Enhancing the firm's profile through campaigns, PR, events, and online presence.
• Assisting in developing client relations and initiatives targeting clients.

About You

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably within a transactional or finance-focused law firm.
• Skill in creating accurate, high-quality RFPs and pitches.
• Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of legal or professional services firms.
