Tennial Personnel are recruiting a confident, customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant for a client in Ipswich. This full-time temporary role offers potential permanency after 12 weeks, with duties spanning customer service, design discussions, order processing and showroom management.

The ideal candidate will enjoy interiors or home improvement, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail or showroom environments is advantageous.
• Passion for interiors or home improvement is a plus.
• Ability to discuss customer requirements and design ideas with customers.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
• Understand customer requirements, budgets and project needs.
• Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to order and after-sales feedback.
• Advise on bathroom suites, tiles, fittings and finishes.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and invoices.
• Book customer appointments and coordinate showroom consultations.
• Arrange deliveries and keep customers informed of dates.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented showroom and stay up-to-date with products and promotions.
