HelloKindred in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assurance Business Analyst to assess Basel 3.1 regulatory reporting applicability, review data lineage, and perform control testing to provide assurance on compliance.

You will collaborate with Credit Business, Product Owners, IT teams, and operate across Mortgages and Securities-Backed Lending to map end-to-end data and controls, strengthen internal controls, and prepare regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Basel 3.1 regulatory reporting requirements and their applicability to banking activities.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, assurance, business analysis or financial services control environments.
• Ability to review data lineage, golden sources, and end-to-end data/process/control flows.

Responsabilités

• Assess Basel 3.1 reporting applicability across products and services against regs and policies.
• Review data lineage and perform control testing for Basel compliance.
• Identify compliance gaps and address potential violations.
• Collaborate with Credit Business, Product Owners, and IT teams to map data and controls.
• Analyse RWA impacts from commercial decisions and review technology feeds.
• Review and test business, technology and SOX controls for Basel 3.1.
• Support training and awareness for PBWM stakeholders on Basel 3.1 requirements.
• Assist readiness for regulatory submissions and system maintenance.
