Public House Group in London is seeking enthusiastic Bartenders to join a dynamic team. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked bar.

Previous bartending experience is helpful, training is provided, and there is a strong focus on teamwork, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences. Benefits include staff meals, discounts, and service charge distributed to staff.

• Previous bartending experience is a plus, but we'll also train enthusiastic individuals willing to learn.
• A passion for craft cocktails, beer, and spirits.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and style.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.
• Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and provide suggestions based on preferences.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Support the team with opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborative teamwork: communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.
