ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Bartender, at The Fox at Oddington,you must possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional drinks to the bar and restaurant. You'll be able to interact confidently with your guests and build lasting relationships.
SALARY: 12.38 per hour
HOURS: 40 hrs per week - Weekend work included

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• To deliver the best cocktails and drinks alongside our award-winning food.
• To ensure customer delight within the bar and restaurant.
• To assist the Head Barman and Beverage Manager in all day to day operations.
• Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent customer service skills - Friendly, attentive, and professional when engaging with guests.
• Strong knowledge of drinks and mixology - Confident in preparing a wide range of cocktails and beverages.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Efficiently handle multiple orders without compromising quality.
• Proficient in cash handling and POS systems - Accurately manage payments, tabs, and register operations.
• High standards of cleanliness and hygiene - Maintain a tidy bar area in line with food safety regulations.
