Front of House Team Member - Moreton-in-Marsh

ABOUT THE ROLE

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a serene and luxurious setting, join our Front of House Team Member at Bamford Wellness in the heart of the picturesque Cotswolds.

At Bamford Wellness Club, we offer a holistic sanctuary where our members can rejuvenate and find balance. Our commitment to excellence and well-being is at the core of everything we do.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the welcoming face of our club, ensuring each member's experience is seamless and memorable.

With excellent customer service experience and a warm, friendly personality, you will be required to greet all clients and ensure they receive a 5-star service whilst in the Wellness Space, following the Bamford philosophy to the highest professional standard.

This role is full-time, based on 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Salary: £12.60 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure exceptional familiarity with all retail products and Club treatments, classes, and recommend confidently to maximize sales & member experience.
  • Manage all member bookings using our online system, guiding members on how to manage bookings via the Club app.
  • Ensure all PARQ forms are fully completed.
  • Support the FOH Manager with any other ad-hoc duties.
  • Set up event spaces and host our members and guests.
  • Maintain the smooth day-to-day running of reception, registration, and payment processing, ensuring members are greeted, checked-in efficiently, courteously, and professionally.
  • Complete staff mandatory training.
  • Handle problems effectively and professionally.
  • Comply with all health and safety policies, procedures, and training requirements.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
  • Previous experience working in a luxury club or within the luxury hospitality industry, ideally with a Front of House team.
  • High standards and a passion for exceeding member expectations.
  • A customer service professional with a positive, bubbly personality and a flair for luxury service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with issues, escalating to management if required.
  • Knowledge of booking systems is preferable.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Personal appearance of a very high standard at all times.
