Big Mamma Group in the UK is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our lively bar team. You will deliver unforgettable guest experiences, craft cocktails and manage bar prep in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

We value energetic, proactive team players with strong hygiene standards and knowledge of classic cocktails. Evening and weekend availability is expected, with full-time permanent roles and attractive staff perks.

Your Mission

As part of the Big Mamma Bar team, your mission will be to:

• Delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests
• Prepare drinks and mix cocktails during service
• Open and close the bar, including all necessary prep
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and follow health & safety standards
• Spread magic and make every guest’s visit the best moment of their day
• Embody Big Mamma values: professional, warm, smiling, helpful, and solution-focused

About You

The ideal candidate can demonstrate:

• To be energetic, proactive, and a team player
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene and bar organisation
• Previous experience in a cocktail bar or high volume restaurant bar
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails and bar service standards
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
