Job description

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards
• Delivering exceptional guest service at the bar and restaurant service stations
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and stock control of the bar
• Managing mise en place and ensuring smooth bar operations during service
• Engaging with guests and making informed recommendations
• Handling payments and cashing up responsibly
• Supporting the wider front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experience

  As a Bartender, you will act as an ambassador for our exceptional beverage program and guest experience. Your passion, personality, and precision will create memorable moments for every guest, delivering outstanding cocktails and service in a fast-paced, luxury environment., Previous experience in a fast-paced, quality cocktail or restaurant bar

• Strong product knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques
