The Landmark London Hotel is looking for a unique Bartender to enrich the journeys of our guests and team members. You will craft cocktails, engage with guests, and contribute to a vibrant, energetic service culture at the heart of Marylebone.

We offer extensive benefits, a 40-hour week on a shift rota, and a path to grow through world-class development programmes. Annual earnings up to £40,000 (base salary £27,539.26 + non-contractual tron) and staff perks await.

Qualificações

• Experience as a bartender in hospitality.
• Knowledge of cocktails and beverage selection.
• Ability to work a 40-hour weekly shift and provide excellent service.

Responsabilidades

• Curate & create innovative cocktail menus blending trends with classics.
• Provide personalised drink recommendations and engage with guests.
• Suggest cocktails, wines, beers and explain details when taking orders.

Annual earnings up to £40,000 (£ 27,539.26 base salary + non-contractual tronc)

As a Bartender, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Curate & create innovative cocktail menus, blending modern trends with timeless classics
• Provide personalised drink recommendations, engaging with guests to understand their tastes & enhance their experience
• To offer guests suggestions of the cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages and to provide a detailed explanation of each of them when taking the order and serving
• Continuously explore new techniques, ingredients & trends in the world of mixology, keeping our offerings fresh & exciting
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of presentation, service & hospitality

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
