Pasture Birmingham on Colmore Row is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails, cordials and classic serves with creativity and consistency. You will guide guests through our drinks menu and ensure warm, knowledgeable service whether at the bar or tableside.

Responsibilities

• Craft cocktails, house cordials and classic serves with consistency and creativity, guiding guests through the drinks list.
• Deliver warm, knowledgeable and professional service whether at the bar or tableside.
• Keep the bar running seamlessly from prep and organisation to a well‑stocked environment; training and spec tests are part of the role.
