Pasture Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to lead the drink service at our Colmore Row restaurant. You will craft cocktails and beverages, interact with guests, and help uphold the high standards that define our open-kitchen, high-energy dining experience.

The role requires a proven bartending background, a team-first attitude, and a passion for hospitality. Join us for a fast-paced environment, local produce, and a chance to grow with Pasture.

Formación

• Experience as a bartender with proven service track record.
• Strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Skilled in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks, with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant.
• Interact with customers and take orders.
• Assess customer needs and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to craft cocktails.
• Maintain guest focus and deliver an outstanding experience.
• Comply with food and beverage regulations.
• Support Bar managers with cleanliness, opening/closing and training new staff.
