Thomas Franks Ltd, a leading independent contract caterer, seeks a casual bartender to join our team at prestigious client locations across the UK. You will prepare and serve beverages, engage with guests, handle payments and keep the bar area clean and stocked.

Successful applicants will demonstrate friendly, professional front-of-house service and a commitment to responsible service of alcohol. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualificações

• Front-of-house service experience preferred.
• Confidence in handling cash and card payments.
• Ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve beverages according to regulations and standards.
• Provide excellent front-of-house service and engage with customers.
• Take orders, process payments, and operate tills accurately.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and check IDs when required.
• Assist with stock replenishment and bar setup for events.
• Collaborate with team for smooth service and post-event wrap-up.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

We are looking for a customer focused Casual Bartender to join our team at one of our prestigious client locations. Thomas Franks is a founder led, fresh food catering business with a focus on excellence and service delivered with individuality, passion and style. We are unique in every approach and our clients, and our people are paramount to our daily success. Duties to include:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing regulations and company standards.
• Provide excellent front of house service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders, process payments, and operate tills accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas at all times.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol, checking identification where required.
• Assist with stock replenishment and basic bar setup before, during, and after events.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
