Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking a customer-focused Casual Bartender to join our team at one of our prestigious client locations in the UK. You will deliver front-of-house service, mix drinks, take orders, process payments and maintain a clean, compliant bar environment during events throughout the year.

We value reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude, with ongoing training and opportunities for progression within our renowned catering business.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or customer service preferred.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to stand for long periods and multitask.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Work well in a team and under busy event conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages in line with licensing regulations.
• Provide friendly front-of-house service and engage customers.
• Take orders, process payments, and operate tills accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bars and service areas.
• Assist with stock replenishment and event setup.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service.

We are looking for a customer focused Casual Bartender to join our team at one of our prestigious client locations.

Duties to include:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing regulations and company standards.
• Provide excellent front of house service, engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders, process payments, and operate tills accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas at all times.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol, checking identification where required.
• Assist with stock replenishment and basic bar setup before, during, and after events.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
