Job summary

Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon is seeking a Bar Tender to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a busy hotel bar in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will mix drinks, provide excellent service, and contribute to a lively, memorable atmosphere for guests and visitors.

The role emphasizes following hotel policies, liquor laws, and safety standards while collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service and a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following policy and licensing laws.
• Provide consistent, friendly customer service to guests.
• Handle cash, credit cards and guest accounts per procedures.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and presentable.
• Prepare for shifts using departmental checklists.
• Rotate and display bar stocks and ensure products are served in good condition.
• Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
• Support Food & Beverage team with additional duties as needed.

• Transaction Savvy: Handle cash, credit cards, and guest accounts with finesse, following our company procedures.
• Spotless Setup: Keep the Bar and service areas clean and ready to impress.
