Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Bartender in Redditch, Worcestershire, United Kingdom. You’ll be the face of our pubs, taking orders, serving drinks, and upselling food to create memorable guest experiences. You’ll help keep a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere and support the team across busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Over 18 to adhere to alcohol serving laws.
• No prior hospitality experience required; training available.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve and upsell food and drinks.

We're on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol.

New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bartenders are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just a shift on the bar. As part of our Bar and Waiting team you'll: Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

• Be responsible for taking orders, serving and upselling our fantastic food and drinks

• Gain people, marketing and operational skills whilst getting paid for it!
