Marston’s is seeking a Bartender to join our team in the heart of our pubs. You must be over 18 to comply with alcohol serving laws. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable guest moments.

As part of our Bar and Waiting team you’ll take orders, serve and upsell, while delivering brilliant service and supporting the wider team. We offer career paths across pubs, hotels and central support.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 to serve alcohol.
• No prior hospitality experience required; training provided.
• A friendly, guest-focused mindset with a willingness to learn.

We’re on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol.
