Job summary

Marston’s PLC in Mansfield is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our Bar and Waiting team. You’ll be the face of our pubs, taking orders, serving drinks and food, upselling where possible, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

We welcome newcomers and seasoned staff alike; you must be 18+ to comply with alcohol laws. The role offers flexible, part-time hours and opportunities to progress across our pubs and support centre.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• No previous hospitality experience required, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks and food.
• Upsell and promote menu items to guests.
• Provide brilliant customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support the wider team as needed and learn on the job.
