Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Bartender to join the Bar and Waiting team in our pubs across the UK. You’ll be the face of the pub, taking orders, serving drinks and food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Whether experienced or new to hospitality, you’ll develop customer service, upselling and teamwork skills while enjoying a reliable wage and the company benefits that support your career progression at Marston’s.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 to comply with licensing laws.
• Friendly and confident in guest interactions.
• Willingness to learn bar and service routines.
• Reliable and punctual.

We’re on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol.
