Marston's pubs are seeking a Bartender who can create a welcoming atmosphere, take orders, and upsell food and drinks while delivering outstanding customer service.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or an experienced pro, you’ll be supported to develop your skills and progress across our pub network, with flexible hours and real opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• To be eligible you must be over 18 to comply with alcohol serving laws.
• Experience in hospitality is welcome but not required; training will be provided.
• You will be the face of our pubs, delivering friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve customers on the bar.
• Upsell food and drinks to boost sales.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.

We’re on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol.

As part of our Bar and Waiting team you’ll: Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
