Job summary

Prezzo Italian in Norwich is seeking a Bartender to run the bar and keep the restaurant moving. From a perfect spritz to a glass of wine matched to pasta, you’ll make every drink with care and serve it with personality.

We look for warm, genuine colleagues who love great food, can handle a busy service, and make guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in. Training and development are available with opportunities across Brava brands.

Qualifications

• Bar experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hotel.
• Speed and accuracy, even when tickets are stacking up.
• A passion for drinks and a curiosity to learn more.

The role

As a Bartender at Prezzo Italian,you run the bar that keeps the restaurant moving. From a perfect spritz to aglass of wine matched to a guest's pasta, you make every drink with care andserve it with personality.

What you'll be responsible for

Crafting great drinks

• Make cocktails, coffees and drinks to our specs,quickly and consistently.
• Know our drinks list and recommend with confidence,from aperitivo to digestivo.
• Keep the bar stocked, organised and spotless.

Delivering exceptionalhospitality

• Welcome guests at the bar and make every firstimpression count.
• Keep drinks flowing to the floor so tables never wait.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and follow licensing rulesevery time.

Being part of the team

• Work closely with front of house and the kitchen soservice runs smoothly.
• Help with stock counts, deliveries and keeping wastedown.
• Jump in wherever you're needed when it gets busy.
