Job summary

Prezzo Italian is hiring bartenders who love crafting cocktails and delivering great hospitality. You will run the bar, prepare drinks to spec, and engage with guests to recommend perfect pairings from our drinks list.

You’ll keep the bar stocked, clean, and compliant with licensing rules, while coordinating with front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service. We value warmth, energy, and a confident, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in a busy restaurant/bar setting.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Warm, confident guest interaction and hospitality.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines and drinks list is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make cocktails, coffees and drinks to specs quickly and consistently.
• Know the drinks list and confidently recommend from aperitivo to digestivo.
• Keep the bar stocked, organised and clean.
• Welcome guests at the bar and ensure smooth service to tables.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and follow licensing rules.
• Work closely with front of house and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with stock counts and deliveries when needed.

The role

As a Bartender at Prezzo Italian, you run the bar that keeps the restaurant moving. From a perfect spritz to a glass of wine matched to a guest's pasta, you make every drink with care and serve it with personality.

What you'll be responsible for

• Make cocktails, coffees and drinks to our specs, quickly and consistently.
• Know our drinks list and recommend with confidence, from aperitivo to digestivo.
• Keep the bar stocked, organised and spotless.

Delivering exceptional hospitality

• Welcome guests at the bar and make every first impression count.
• Keep drinks flowing to the floor so tables never wait.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and follow licensing rules every time.

Being part of the team

• Work closely with front of house and the kitchen so service runs smoothly.
• Help with stock counts, deliveries and keeping waste down.
• Jump in wherever you're needed when it gets busy.
