Prezzo Italian in the United Kingdom is seeking a Bartender to run the bar, craft cocktails and keep service buzzing. You’ll pair perfect drinks with dishes, create a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to the vibrant dining experience that guests remember.

• Know our drinks list and recommend with confidence, from aperitivo to digestivo.
• Keep the bar stocked, organised and spotless.
• Welcome guests at the bar and make every first impression count.
• Keep drinks flowing to the floor so tables never wait.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and follow licensing rules every time.
• Work closely with front of house and the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Help with stock counts, deliveries and keeping waste down.
• Jump in wherever you're needed when it gets busy.

The role

As a Bartender at Prezzo Italian,you run the bar that keeps the restaurant moving. From a perfect spritz to aglass of wine matched to a guest's pasta, you make every drink with care andserve it with personality.

What you'll be responsible for

Crafting great drinks

• Make cocktails, coffees and drinks to our specs,quickly and consistently.
