Job summary

Prezzo Italian in the United Kingdom is seeking a Bartender to run the bar, crafting cocktails and drinks to our specs while upholding warm, welcoming hospitality for guests.

You'll work closely with front of house and kitchen teams, assist with stock and waste management, and jump in as needed during busy periods. Prezzo offers progression into supervisory roles and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience behind a busy bar in a restaurant, bar or hotel.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure when busy.
• Passion for drinks and willingness to learn more.
• Confident and friendly manner with guests.
• Eagerness to contribute to the team even when it gets busy.

Responsibilities

• Craft cocktails, coffees and drinks to specs quickly and consistently.
• Know the drinks list and confidently recommend from aperitivo to digestivo.
• Keep the bar stocked, organised and spotless.
• Welcome guests at the bar and make a great first impression.
• Keep drinks flowing to the floor and minimize guest wait times.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and follow licensing rules.
• Work closely with front of house and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with stock counts, deliveries and reducing waste.
• Jump in wherever needed during busy periods.

As a Bartender at Prezzo Italian, you run the bar that keeps the restaurant moving. From a perfect spritz to a glass of wine matched to a guest's pasta, you make every drink with care and serve it with personality.

What you'll be responsible for

Crafting great drinks

• Make cocktails, coffees and drinks to our specs, quickly and consistently.
• Know our drinks list and recommend with confidence, from aperitivo to digestivo.
