Job summary

Prezzo Italian in the UK is seeking a proactive Bartender to run the bar, craft cocktails and serve with personality. You’ll collaborate with front of house and kitchen to keep service moving and ensure every guest feels genuinely looked after as bookings fill the floor.

You’ll need bar experience in a busy setting, speed and accuracy, a passion for drinks and a confident, welcoming manner. The role offers training and opportunities across Brava brands, with great staff perks.

The role

As a Bartender at Prezzo Italian, you run the bar that keeps the restaurant moving. From a perfect spritz to a glass of wine matched to a guest's pasta, you make every drink with care and serve it with personality.

What you'll be responsible for

• Make cocktails, coffees and drinks to our specs, quickly and consistently.
• Know our drinks list and recommend with confidence, from aperitivo to digestivo.
• Keep the bar stocked, organised and spotless.

Delivering exceptional hospitality

• Welcome guests at the bar and make every first impression count.
• Keep drinks flowing to the floor so tables never wait.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and follow licensing rules every time.

Being part of the team

• Work closely with front of house and the kitchen so service runs smoothly.
• Help with stock counts, deliveries and keeping waste down.
• Jump in wherever you're needed when it gets busy.
