Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is hiring a front desk receptionist to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and handle payments. You will address inquiries about facilities and local attractions, while ensuring key security and accurate guest data in our system.

You will also take bookings and confirm reservations, contributing to a smooth guest experience across our UK properties. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, independence, and composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Capable of staying calm under pressure.
• Experience in 3/4-star hotels is desired but not essential.
