The Churchill Bar & Terrace stands out for its seamless blend of classic elegance and modern mixology, set in a beautifully designed Art Deco space. Its uniqueness lies in its bespoke cocktail menus inspired by British heritage, its cigar-friendly outdoor terrace paying tribute to Winston Churchill, and its commitment to exceptional, personalized service that creates a memorable experience for every guest.

Typical Shift Pattern: The bar is predominantly open in the evenings from 5pm to 1am.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender role:

1. Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to create a memorable experience.
2. Be responsible for the setup and operations of the bar.
3. Possess in-depth knowledge of the bar menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations, to confidently inform and advise guests.
4. Promote and upsell premium drinks, special offers, and food pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.

About you:

Previous experience working in the same or similar role in a luxury environment is desired.
