Shan Shui Social is Chew On This first Central London offering, its third of the Group. Located in Victoria, London, this new site brings diners back to the 1960s Shanghai era, offering high-quality, culinary sophistication with a playful, casual dining experience. It serves a well-crafted cocktail menu along with an array of iconic Chinese culinary delights ranging from dim sum and roast meats to dishes with a heady mix of spicy, sour and Sichuan spices. The other Shan Shui restaurants are located at Heathrow Terminal 2 and BicesterVillage.

As aBartender, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable guest experiences and ensuring our operations run smoothly. You will also :

• Prepare allmise en place, ensuring the bar is fully stocked and ready for service.
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping down the bar and preparation areas at the end of every shift.
• Clean and organise all glassware to ensure smooth service.
• Craft house cocktails followingour signature recipes.
• Prepare and serve a variety ofhot and cold beverages.
• Organise and maintain the wine cellar.
• Assist inweekly inventory checksto keep stock levels in order.
