We are beyond thrilled to have opened AngloThai, in partnership with John and Desiree Chantarasak, in central London. Just a few months after opening, we were awarded a Michelin star, a testament to the passion, talent, and dedication of our team.

John draws influences from both Thai and British heritage to create dishes inspired by the eclectic cuisine of Thailand, utilizing the abundant world-class ingredients of the British Isles. An alumnus of celebrated Thai restaurants Som Saa (London) and Nahm (Bangkok), John has spent the last decade honing his craft to bring this unique concept to the London dining scene.

Desiree leverages relationships with sustainably focused, small-batch wine producers in Europe to complement the food at AngloThai. Many wines celebrate craftsmanship and passion, focusing on ethically minded, deeply delicious options.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Waiter to help us deliver seamless service and create memorable moments for our guests. Our service style is approachable, fun, and consistent, always maintaining high standards.

The Waiter will have:

• Experience working in similar restaurants providing excellent guest experiences.
• The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A love for hospitality and strong attention to detail, with a desire to grow within MJMK Restaurants.
• Passion for working with an exciting menu and seasonal wine list, with the ability to exceed guest expectations.
