Job summary

GAUCHO Liverpool is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender with passion for cocktails, spirits and wine. You will deliver quality drinks with speed, skill and precision, following Gaucho specifications and the service cycle.

You’ll engage guests, maintain drink quality, and contribute to an exceptional Gaucho experience for every guest. The role emphasizes teamwork, a welcoming atmosphere, and professional conduct on a busy bar.

Responsibilities

• Confidently engage with guests to recommend cocktails, spirits and wines.
• Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation and timing during service.
• Work with the team to offer an exceptional guest experience.
• Prepare and serve all cocktails, drinks and wines following Gaucho specifications and service cycle.
• Ensure all drinks orders are prepared quickly, accurately and to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar at all times and follow bar setup/breakdown procedures.
• Support management to maximise revenues by following stock control procedures.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence.

Key responsibilities of a GAUCHOBartender
