Job summary

GAUCHO Glasgow is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. You will deliver quality cocktails with speed, skill and precision, while following GAUCHO drink specifications and the bar cycle of service.

Ideal candidates are experienced, passionate about cocktails, spirits and wine, and keen to provide a warm, welcoming guest experience across busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cocktail making is expected.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and respectful at all times.
• Be a team player and contribute to a welcoming bar atmosphere.
• Be approachable and well mannered.

Responsibilities

• Confidently engage with guests to recommend cocktails, spirits and wines.
• Maintain consistent drink quality, presentation and timing during service.
• Prepare and serve all cocktails, drinks and wines following Gaucho specifications and the cycle of service.
• Ensure all drinks orders are prepared quickly, accurately and to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organised bar at all times and follow setup/breakdown procedures.
• Support management to maximise revenues and profits through stock control.
• Train and act as a role model to new team members.
• Be the face of GAUCHO and demonstrate service excellence through heightened hospitality.

Key responsibilities of a GAUCHOBartender
