The Hippodrome Casino is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our Bars team serving God’s Rooftop, the gaming departments and Paddy’s Sportsbook. You will craft cocktails, engage guests and help create a refined yet welcoming atmosphere that reflects the spirit of the venue.

With responsibilities including preparing cocktails, delivering first-class service, and maintaining bar cleanliness, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work closely with bar and floor teams to deliver smooth

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and bar techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished, professional appearance and attitude.
