Job summary

The Hippodrome Casino is seeking a passionate Bar Back to join our Bars team serving God’s Rooftop, Paddy’s Sportsbook and other venues. You’ll be the backbone of bar operations, stocking, cleaning and supporting bartenders during busy service periods.

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good teamwork and the ability to work quickly under pressure. Nights and weekends flexibility is essential in this fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Experience in hospitality or bar support preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Restock fridges, shelves, and service stations with drinks, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar and in storage areas.
• Support bartenders during busy service periods with prep and logistics.
• Assist with clearing and resetting guest areas as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Be a reliable and energetic presence in a high-volume, high-energy setting.

You’ll be the backbone of our bar operations, supporting the bartenders and ensuring everything is stocked, clean, and ready for service.
