Job summary

Searcys is opening a spectacular Knightsbridge venue in London and seeks a Bartender to join the opening team. The role: front-of-house, crafting cocktails and coffee, delivering exceptional service to guests and contributing to a premium wine and champagne programme curated by the Head of Champagne.

Full-time or part-time hours, salary £17.50 per hour, with extensive staff benefits. Join a storied London catering legacy dating back to 1847, with opportunities to learn from skilled colleagues

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a bartender position
• Strong beverage background
• Love of coffee desirable

Responsibilities

• Passionate about food and drinks
• Manage the overall beverage offer including cocktails, coffees, beers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain service and operational standards for the bar
• Assist with cocktail lists and GP/stock control
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and clients
• Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service
• Strive for efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity
• All duties as directed by the General Manager

As a Bartender for Searcys you will support the Bar team in the everyday running of the Bar and Bar floor, create stylish signature cocktails and hand-crafted coffee, deliver service excellence to our guests and be proud to serve an extensive wine and champagne programme which is curated by our amazing Head of Champagne.

£17.50 inclusive of Tronc

Opening times:

10:00 - 20:00

Open 7 days a week

Responsibilities:

• You are passionate about food and drinks!
• Manage the overall beverage offer including cocktails, coffees, beers, garnishes and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Keep and maintain service and operational standards for the bar, making use of best practices and efficiencies where possible.
• Help with the maintenance of cocktail lists including new and innovative products and combinations while keeping GP and stock control in mind.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and clients.
• Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude throughout service, acting as a ambassador for the brand.
• Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity
• Additional duties as assigned or required by the General Manager.
