Job summary

Searcys is seeking a Bar Team Leader in London to oversee bar and lounge service during events, private dinners and restaurant service. You will run bar stations and supervise the team to ensure standards are met.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on hospitality experience, a passion for food and beverage, and strong organisational skills. The role offers industry-leading benefits and the chance to be part of a historic venue.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our guests.
• To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services.
• Take part in the setup of all events.
• Nurture and develop new bartenders.
• Stocktaking of beverage, glassware and bar equipment.
• Stock rotation management.
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings.
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers.
• Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary.
• To ensure that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, the COSHH regulations, etc. within the areas of responsibility including all other requirements as described in the Searcys Health & Safety Policy

Searcys are looking for a Bar Team Leader to assist the Operations Team to deliver seamless service to all areas of the venue.

The HAC is quite unlike any other City event venue; a magnificent Georgian house set in a five-acre garden. This unique, historic London venue offers a wide variety of event spaces and an a unique out-door space nestled within the city backdrop.

Job Description

Job Type: 10- 12 Hours per week

Salary: £15.50 per hour

Main Purpose:
